Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,
erst jetzt entdeckte ich (Dagmar Wiegel, Stiftung Leuchtfeuer Köln) diese tolle Ideenbörse der BAG und nutze sie gerne, um Ihnen erprobte und für unsere Familien als hilfreich erlebte Instrumente, Methoden, Ratgeber u.ä. zur Verfügung zu stellen. Aus aktuellem Anlass der andauernden Coronakrise mein erster Beitrag unser „Resilienzhandout“. Im Zeitraum März-September 2020 haben wir unseren Familien einen ca. wöchentlichen Newsletter gesendet, in dem sie Anregungen für einen gesunden Umgang mit sich selbst und ihren Kindern daheim erhielten. Es geht um schlichte gesunde Ernährung, alterspezifische Beschäftigung, Resilienzstärkung uvm . Sicherlich ist vieles auch in den bald erhofften „Nachcoronazeiten“ eine kleine Inspiration.
